All reported issues are time stamped and assigned an automated tracking number. The PDA/Smartphone also allows Sacramento Elite Patrol personnel to create time stamped photographs and record audio files that are automatically attached to a reported issue. Clients of Sacramento Elite Patrol with approved access have the ability to view and monitor all activity photos, notes and audio files related to their properties or job sites personnel within minutes of creation.
